Monifa is refusing to change the vendor on an estimate to a vendor that will sell to us, she is aware of the vendors decision to not sell parts to us but does not believe she has any obligation to change the part to a location where the part can actually be obtained. we had conversations about this being in violation of the appraisers act but Monifa stated she does not care, I explained that we have done prior complaints and had email conversations with your department that back up what I am requesting but she still did not care.
