Cracha is refusing to change the part on an estimate to a supplier that will sell to us, he is aware of the suppliers decision to not sell parts to us but does not believe she has any obligation to change the part to a location where the part can actually be obtained. We ordered an aftermarket part from a different supplier that will sell to us and the part does not meet the same standards as OEM, they cannot force us to use a supplier the supplier does not make the part they are a parts supplier not a manufacturer. He is also stating that his supervisor has instructed him that he cannot change the part so he is also refusing to be independent about his decisions. As determined in previous conversations with your department this is a violation of the appraisers act
