Complaint Comments:
The vehicle at hand was damaged in the right front. Front bumper, right fender, hood were being replaced. 2017 Ford Fusion. For proper color match beings the vehicles color matched prior to the loss. Both windshield pillars, roof including roof rails, both quarter panels and the left fender need blending. Katelin Connor had to ask permission from her manager if she was allowed to do this operation. My question is. Who is writing the estimate? Katelin Conner the adjuster or her manager? The insurance company is telling her how to write the estimate of repair instead of paying for what is obviously owed for the job. Bringing the vehicle back to pre loss condition. Also Progressive insurance stance on blending an adjacent panel with prior damage is a concern also with this claim too. Customer is paying for the repair to the panel. Progressive is responsible for the blending of the panel.
