Complaint Comments:
This complaint is against Greg Lombardo #139090 , owner of National Appraisals. On April 12, 2021 Gary Bifferato from National Appraisals inspected a 2018 Volvo S90 at Cicconi Auto Body for a supplement on behalf of American National Property & Casualty Insurance Company under claim # 37-A-3YQ941-V1. Mr. Bifferato addressed the supplement request in accordance with the PA law under Title 63, Chapter 22B, section 861 (f) (1,2,3,4) and concluded the supplement and reviewed it with me. This produced a supplement of record, of which I received a copy. The next day, April 13, 2021 @ 1:02 PM, I received an email from National Appraisals with another supplement for the same claim, electronically signed by Greg Lombardo #139090, which took away some procedures that were in Gary Bifferato's supplement of record and which are necessary to complete the repairs properly. Mr. Lombardo has no right to change a supplement of record. By doing so he violated the above-referenced sections of the PA law by not allowing Gary Bifferato to perform his duties without influence and in a fair and impartial manner. I did not request another supplement and the procedures that Mr. Lombardo took off the supplement of record are necessary and are substantiated by invoices. Finally, Mr. Lombardo #139090 did not review his unrequested negative supplement with me before locking it, which is a further violation of the appraisers act.
