Jim Inspected this vehicle at another repair shop. When the owner found out that it was repairable they then called me to get it moved to our location. The appraiser did not leave any paperwork with the vehicle or repair shop where it was at. I was waiting for Jim to come out. I got the car in on the 30th of Nov. and I waited for Jim to get here on the 5th of Dec. The vehicle was a total loss but Jim did not want to go over the total loss evaluation and appraisal that made it a total loss. I feel that Jim should of left me a copy of an appraisal so I could see how this total loss judgement was decided. His preliminary estimate that he faxed over to me on the 5th was not signed and had lots of a/m parts on it. I left messages for Jim everyday until I finally heard from him. I also faxed over request for an appraisal. I feel that Jim held up this claim and settlement. Thank you Brad Runge
