Allstate's new management is instructing their staff appraisers to take a 5% - 10% arbitrary discount on parts from the initial estimate. Also an aggressive amount of arbitrary capping and omission on labor/refinishing procedures, paint, clear coat, primers, other refinishing materials usage and cost, including not addressing shop allied materials & supplies invoices as they have in the past, it has now became a normal conduct since Allstate adopted the new CCC Automated Estimate Guide recently. Please investigate our complaint and demand after the DOI review that this business conduct stops.
