DOI: Our customer drives a 2011 Nissan Murano. Our customer's vehicle sustained accident damage to the right front end. The Xenon headlamp was badly damaged and required replacement as well as the front bumper assembly and repairs to the right fender. Appraiser Shifflett denied labor to pre-scan & post-scan the electronics on this vehicle during the repairs. This procedure is a required task and covered under the Nissan position statement included with this complaint. Please investigate our allegations and enforcement the necessary penalties against State Farm Ins and their appraiser James Shifflett. Thank you, Crawford's Auto Center, Inc.
