Taylor Toyota permanently damaged my 2020 Toyota Tacoma by performing defective rear end collision repairs. My vehicle was returned to me with the blind spot module missing from the rear bumper. When another repair shop found their defective repairs, I returned the Tacoma and asked them to properly repair it. My Tacoma was again returned to me without working blind spot monitors with the explanation that they don't know why they don't work. Taylor Toyota was unprofessional in asking how much I got for an insurance settlement before writing a bill. I reported the matter to Erie Insurance and received no response.
