Complaint Comments:
On 11-25-03 Mr. Kehoe was at our facility to inspect the above referenced vehicle. This unit was virtually brand new with 318 miles on it. Although Mr. Kehoe agreed to replace certain items, among them the left front signal lamp assembly, he omitted them from the final estimate. He refused to re-visit the estimate to add these items. He also refused to look at visible damage to several other items that he missed, including a damaged left front shock absorber, saying "that's what supplements are for". In addition, despite agreeing that there was extensive damage to the frame, he reapired it, but refused to replace it according to DaimlerChrysler guidlines. These guidlines state that the frame is not to be heated, as it loses its temper and is unsafe at that point. Also, despite the fact that the primary impact was on the left front hub, and he replaced all the suspension which was torn from the vehicle, he refused to replace the hub and bearing assembly. He disregarded the list price for two replaced tires, and wrote for reconditioned wheels instead of OEM parts. Finally, he did not leave a signed appraisal. Although there were other infractions committed by Mr. Kehoe, these are the most glaring examples.
