DOI A photo estimate estimate with numerious omissions, inaccurate descriptions of damages . No license number on the estimate. For all intents and purposes the insured/ consumer is being abused by the Insurer . Is it now legal for non personal inspection of claims in Pa. Why is it the Insurance company's are allowed to disregard laws in place to protect the Insured and consumer. Please tell me that there is oversight by the powers that are in place in the commonwealth.
