SINCE JANUARY 4TH 2023 ENCOMPASS HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST FOR THIS CLAIM see email correspondences below! "NGIC, Encompass, Marcus Brown, Melvin Rivera, Rebecca Mc Caskey, We had the 2020 Subaru Forester towed to our shop the day after Marcus Brown had appraised the damage at vehicle owner's residence! We dismantled the vehicle, compared the NGIC estimated cost of repairs to the actual physical damage and submitted a supplemental request on Wednesday morning January 4, for the additional damage, parts, the arbitrary caps, the omissions, the underestimated repairs and underpayments on this claim!
