Loss vehicle was a 2011 Volvo C70. We replaced the front bumper cover. We needed to make several sprayouts in order to determine the best color match. After painting the cover we needed to denib and buff the cover to eliminate static dust nibs. I showed Kyle the denibbing process while it was being done and also showed him the sprayout cards. He refused to pay for those procedures saying that the car was 12 years old and didn't warrant those procedures. I then called his supervisor, Nathan Weiss, at 267-789-4520, who also refused to pay for the procedures. Neither person disputed the fact that we did perform the work, nor did either dispute the fact that it was good that we performed those procedures. They just refused to pay for them. The House representative for both us and our customer is Craig Williams, and the Senator for both us and our customer is John Kane.
