Complaint Comments:
MR.ROBERT MUZIKAR'S 1999 Nissan Maxima was brought to Crawford's Auto Center, Inc. for repairs. When Lin Price contacted Mr. Robert Muzikar to discuss the accident and location of his damaged vehicle R. Muzikar advised L. Price his vehicle was located at Crawford's Auto Center. L. Price explained to our consumer Allstate has had problems with Crawford's and recommended he have his vehicle moved to an Allstate approved repair facility. Mr. Muzikar refused telling L. Price Crawford's is his selected repair facility. Mr. Price refused to accept Mr. Muzikar choice of a repair facility and continued to steer our consumer to the Allstate repair facility. Mr. Robert Muzikar advised Crawford's Auto Center the above conversation continued for about 45 minutes when finally Mr. Muzikar asked L. Price "if all he had to do today was attempt to steer him to another repair facility?" He advised Lynn Price of Allstate Insurance Company that it is his choice to leave his damaged vehicle with Crawford's Auto Center for repairs. Please investigate our Consumer's Complaint and enforce the proper compliance against Allstate Insurance Company and their appraiser. Thank You, Stephen Behrndt '
