Allstate is instructing their staff to not reimburse consumers for their damages. Consumers are filling out affidavits noting the steering and unwillingness to reimburse to consumers policy/contracts. What is going on in the South with insurance companies instructing staff to not pay for roofs and other damages they owe for causing consumers to litigate that takes years.
