Complaint Comments:
Bob Sypher would not come back out to finalize the repair procedures necessary to fix this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. We went over the repairs over the phone. I have been waiting for payment for over 10 days. I call a supervisor Dale Shellenberger for some help. But basicly he had to tell Bob that Progressive allowed for Weld-zone damage so Bob could pay me for these operations. I had other operations that Bob would not pay for that Dale did not want to get involved in because he did not see the vehicle. I feel that Bob has a problem with paying the necessary operations to fix vehicles properly. He states to me that other shops dont charge for those operations. I feel that this is a way for him to justify why he is not paying me. Basicly what he is saying is that Progressive doesnt pay for those operations and if he wants to keep his job he will follow suit. Thank you for hearing my complaint. Brad Runge
