ADJUSTER WILL NOT WRITE A COMPLETE ESTIMATE LISTING ALL PROCEDURES REQUIRED TO RESTORE CAR TO PRE LOSS CONDITION. ADJUSTER WROTE TO USE SALVAGE PARTS BUT WILL NOT PAY TO DISASSEMBLE AND REASSAMBLE TO TRANSFER PARTS FROM ONE COMPONENT TO ANOUTHER OR TO PROPERLY REFINISH. DID NOT PAY TO BLEND INTO SOME AJACENT PANELS TO MATCH FINISH. HE WILL NOT PAY FOR CHIP GUARD OR COROSIION PROTECTION, HE WROTE TO BLEND REPAIRED PANELS BUT NOT TO REMOVE NECESSARY PARTS TO REFINISH THOSE PANELS.HE ALTERED ESTIMATING SYSTEM TIMES MANUALY TO INTENTIONLY LOWER THOSE TIMES AND INTENTIONLY OMITED NECESSARY PROCEDURES TO REPLACE COMPONENTS.HE ALSO WILL NOT PAY TO INSPECT FRONT SUSPENTION KNOWING THAT THE SUSPENSION WAS HIT IN ACCIDENT.HE WILL NOT PAY FOR NECESSARY MATERIALS TO DO REPAIRS.
