vehicle was hit on deck lid and needed to be replaced. both 1/4 panels needed to be blended for proper color match.ken d'annibale stated that the r/ 1/4 panel had a small golf ball size dent on it and refused to pay for the blend due to that damage.ken stated that that was prior damage. he did not write any supplement damage estimate .
