Complaint Comments:
On Monday morning we received a telephone call from Mr. Kenneth D'Annibale (215 651 2231) informing us that he was outside (midway of a common 200yrd muddy driveway) and wanted to see the vehicle there. This past Monday morning at our area it was raining heavy. We explained to him that this dis-assemble vehicle could not be driven to his choosen spot, due to the weather conditions. This State Farm appraiser then refused to enter the shop permises to complete a scheduled supplement request on this vehicle due to his company's restriction.
