Complaint Comments:
Had PDA scheduled to come out and appraise the above mentioned vehicle. The agreement we had with all parties of PDA were to go over the repairs, make all necessary phone calls, and use our estimating system which is the same as PDA's to come up with an agreed price. Brian came out to our facility and went over the vehicle came back to discuss the repairs with us and said he could not leave a copy or sign our agreed copy we explained to him these procedures and our rights. He kept going back to his car and making calls to the office. A couple of hours went by and we realized he left. We called him on his cell to discuss the repairs and he stated to us that for 32 dollars this was not worth this to him. So we called the company that hired PDA Porter and Curtis and spoke with the rep Maryann Robinson 610-891-9866. She did not understand anything. So yesterday Maryann called us back and said there is an estimate on this vehicle and she would be faxing it over to us on Tue. Just got the estimate and feel this is PDA controlling the cost by just doing what ever they want. Please help us with this.
