They tried to steer me away from my shop using "they are not on our preferred list", "it you go to a non-preferred shop your repair will take longer", "if you go to our shop we can pay them directly and it will be faster". They didn't pay all was needed on my vehicle to put it back to pre-loss condition. They delayed my repairs, they would not come to my shop to look at my damages.
