Complaint Comments:
This appraiser refuses to write the estimate at my shop. He refuses to negotiate for an agreed price. He refuses to discuss anything with us, stated to us that he would have to go over the supplement with his boss Greg Lombardo and Unitrin to find out if he can write for necessary repair operations. Verbally states one thing and does another. Can not be trusted. Requested a company staff appraiser to come out. National Appraisal Company refuses to follow the state laws and appraisers act. Never had a problem with Unitrin in the past when dealing with a staff appraiser. Joe Diluzio is just Delusional when it comes to writing appraisals. He should not be writing on behalf of the state.
