On June 16th 2017 Peter Wolf completed a supplement in the amount of $3,315.27 and asked us to release the car, via email he assured me that payment would be coming to my repair facility so i agreed to release the car in good faith. On June 28th we reached out to Mr. Wolf because we had not received payment as of yet, he said he made a mistake and was going to cut the payment that day to us in the agreed amount. After not receiving the check we reached out on July 11th to see where the payment was, at this time Peter disclosed that he still has not issued payment and would do it that day. On the morning of July 13th I verified with the Erie claims office that payment still hasn't been asked to be issued by Peter. We at Classic Coachwork released this job in good faith, Peter has failed to issue payment after multiple attempts to settle this between us but it is time for a third party to intervene.
