Complaint Comments:

Insured Nationwide Claim Kathie came out 3/5 to write an appraisal, she came back out on 3/8 to do a supplement. The first appraisal totaled 4361.54 The supplement appraisal totaled 1884.64. I feel that this shows that she wants to write the lowest amount she can to get a vehicle fixed. I also feel that she did not want to negotiate any lines items. I went over the big items that she overlooked and that is all she wanted to do. I called in a supplement on 3/7 and Kathie stated to me that she wanted to know what the supplement was for. I told her that we could go over it when she gets here. She got mad and said it would monday and she would call Friday to confirm. I said that is fine. Then she showed up on Friday which was great. I was more that glad to go over the supplement with her. She stated to me that she wanted to take notes and fax it over to me. I stated to her that she would then have to leave and come back Monday when she was ready to do it. She got mad and said that she was not going to come back Monday and that I was holding up the claim and she was going to stop rental. I stated to her that I was not stopping repairs and havent stoped yet and that she wasnt following the rules of the appraisers act. She got mad and stated to me that she was not going to spend all day here because she had other claims to handle. I then again stated to her why dont we just make it Monday so we can address everything that we need to do. She again said no So I told her that is fine I will go over some of the repairs needed to keep me moving on the vehicle and will call her back for another supplement appointment. I also did what she told me by ordering a Keystone A/M Rear Bumper. I got it in to show her that it did not come with the brackets I needed and I also wanted her to see what I got. It was already rusting and the chrome was flaking. After showing her that I had to use OEM she still refused to write OEM and stated to me to order another one. I told her that I am not going to order another one, I also feel that I dont get compensated for any of these phone calls and time to repackage the parts. I feel that Kathie is just giving me a hard time and there is no dealing with her. I feel that some type of action needs to be taken so other people dont have to go through all of this just to fix a vehicle properly. Thank you Brad Runge
