Refused to pay markup on towbills. Apprasier that came out had to submit the towbills to the claims handler for approval. After speaking with Randy he flat out said he was not paying the markup on the tow bills. I feel that he is misrepresenting my bill to the customer and refusing to pay the charges for this claim.
