See affidavits, letters. Not only did the insurance company claims office try to steer this customer and bad mouth but also the independent appraising company did the same. The claims people mentioned in the affidavit also lied to the customer saying that PAB would not let their appraiser in our facility. They tried many tactics to keep this customer away from PAB. These claims handling tactics have to stop, this is a detrimental to PAB's business, reputation and consumers should not have to deal with this after being in an accident and already going through a bad situation.
