Complaint Comments:
Mr. Kehoe inspected the loss vehicle on 7-19-06 in response to a supplement request. The vehicle had the right front upper control arm and right front knuckle replaced. Despite replacing those parts, the front end would still not align properly. I showed Mr. Kehoe the data print out results and the spec sheet showing the correct alignment numbers and allowable tolerances. Mr. Kehoe mis-read the sheet and determined that the front end was in alignment. I had the tech from the alignment shop show Mr. Kehoe how to read the sheet correctly, but he refused to listen, saying that he was reading the sheet correctly. Mr. Kehoe then told the tech and me to "get away from my door", and closed the door of the minivan in which he was sitting, thereby ending our attempt to discuss the situation. This is the same claim, vehicle, and appraiser for which I submitted a complaint on 6-23-06, Mr. Kehoe having behaved in a similar manner, and without regard for proper inspection procedures or the insured's safety.
