Complaint Comments:
Refuses to print out a copy of a preliminary estimate of repairs to go over. Does not want to address necessary repair procedures with us. Refuses to discuss his position on why and how his way of repairs are correct. Leaves off necessary repair procedures that were verbally discused. I try to explain to him that is why we need a printed out copy of his position before he finalizes his estimate. Discused that a bumper repair kit or bumper repair material was needed, he stated to me that it is included in my paint and material. I tried to have him explain this to me but he could not.
