Pennsylvania Department of Insurance: Nationwide's Appraiser Kapusta was requested to view and compensate for additional parts and procedures necessary to return our consumer's damaged vehicle to predamaged condition. He stopped by our facility on Oct. 1, 2002 to inspect the parts needed. After Kapusta viewed and took pictures of the parts and received copies of the necessary invoices to prove the shops expenditures he refused to leave a copy of his appraisal. Refusing to leave a copy of his appraisal is a violation of State Law. We specifically requested a copy of his appraisal however, Kapusta refused. Stephen Behrndt 610-269-1610
