Complaint Comments:
Shop sent supplemental request to State Farm Insurance Co. for additional repair's and parts necessary to complete job . Mr. Ken D'Annibale came to Flick Bros to inspect damages . Shop Tech showed Mr D'Annibale a damaged Air conditioning compressor, that was damaged to the point that it should be replaced . Mr. D' Annibale denied the loss and refused to pay for new compressor. And also failed to pay for othe items that were necessary for repairs after we provided invoices to validate cost of parts and materials.
