Mr D Annibale Came to Flick; Auto Body for supplement on mrs Loepers vehicle. Mr. D Annibale was handed a invoice for new front bumper cover and agreed that a used was not available at the present time, and agreed to pay for new. After inspecting vehicle mr D Annibale tell's the shop painter that he is not paying per verbal agreement, Painter tells D Annibale to dicuss this issue with management not him..Mr D Annibale sneaks into shop office when no one is present, He then takes the the liberty to go through our files on our personal desk!! Put's in voices back in Mrs Loepers file and drives away with no explanation ??
