Allstate does not have the right to expect a 5% discount on parts. The owner supplied an estimate written at their place of employment. A discount was written into the body of the estimate. I called for a supplement to remove the discount and address missed damage. The discount was removed. The point is Allstate did not make the owner whole at the time of the orignal estimate. This was a large job replacing structual parts. I submitted an invoice for all materials needed in the repair including factory bulletions. Allstate has a material cap set at $400 and the material bill exceeded $860. Allstate refused to pay the itemized invoice for all materials used on the repair.I am asking that you please investigate this claim.
