Complaint Comments:

Mike Morran was acting supervisor when I was have a problem with this claim. He refused to negotiate the actual repair procedures and materials. I faxed over numberous documentation for the cost and procedures required. I had Mr. Morran come out to my facilty to appraise another vehicle and he did not have a problem paying for these procedures and materials. Now that he was the acting supervisor he refused to come out and go over it. Thank you, Brad Runge
