Complaint Comments:
State Farm delayed this claim on many occasions. The date of loss was on 2/13/04. They were aware of the vehicle being at the shop on the 16th. The sent an appraiser out on the 20th. Then we faxed over a supplement on the 28th and did not get a response until 3/03/04. Then we faxed over another supplement on the 8th and S/F came out on the 11th. Then we faxed over a supplement on the 12th and did not get a response until the 30th. They refused items numerous times then finally agreed to pay. Then the last supplement was on 4/2/04. Warren stated to me that he would have to fax over the supplement to us. He came out on every supplement. He refused to pay for a driver seat bracket until the 6th time out. This made the vehicle unsafe and not able to deliver to the customer. This claim was delayed so much that my customers rental expired with no fault of there own.
