Complaint Comments:
Pennsylvania Department of Insurance: Mr. Kenneth Dasaro left our facility refusing to leave a copy of his appraisal. He advised he called his supervisor and was instructed to not reimburse for materials above Nationwide's threshold(CAP)of $325.00. He advised he would not compensate for administrative time needed to acquire the third Right Front Head Lamp Assembly. We brought in the first lamp an LKQ unit they requested it was damaged. We brought in the second reconditioned they requested it is the wrong part. Now, at our expense again they request the OEM. We are out the cost of the first 2 assemblies plus cost to admin the file until we receive the refunds however, we are to do this at our expense. 20 minutes later Kenneth Dasaro returns with an appraisal. Nationwide refuses to reimburse our facility for labor and materials needed to Color Sand & Buff the vehicles finish. Nationwide refused to pay our facility a sublet markup on a monogram charge even though the appraiser took a copy of our paid invoice for 75.00.
