Complaint Comments:

The repair shop called me explaining that the appraiser wants to put aftermarket parts and used parts on my vehicle. I was hit by there insured and I feel that this is not right. I feel that I should have new parts. The shop told me that my vehicle could have been ready so much faster if the insurance company would have agreed to just use new. The shop stated to me that they got the parts in the same day I dropped off my vehicle. I also was told that the appraiser refused to negotitate the parts with the shop even though they were there ready to go. So then the shop had to talk to a supervisor Al Urso he corrected the problem and it made me feel so much better. Thank you for hearing my concerns Margerite Scott
