Complaint Comments:
State Farm made to as difficult as possible for me to have repairs done where I wanted. They told me they have had a hard time with Professionals Auto Body (my shop) and they can't work with them. They said PAB is not on their preferred list of shops. I had to turn the claim in to my company Liberty Mutual to settle the claim so I could have the repairs done correctly.
