I have had this above claim at my shop since Feb 25th. I have had no response with State Farm. The customer told State Farm that the vehicle was here and not driveable. I still have not heard back from them. I called to follow up after 8 working days and they told me someone would be out to inspect the vehicle. I stated to have the appraiser call for an appointment. I still have not heard back from them. Could you please contact them to contact me on what is going on. Please let me know 610-308-6859 I know that State Farm will give you some kind of answer why they took so long to inspect this vehicle. thank you, Brad
