Complaint Comments:
American Independent manager Dennis took 5% out of Cunningham’s settlement for salvage. They let the vehicle at the shop and told the Cunninghams it is there responsibility to move the vehicle and dispose of it. This vehicle was undriveable and they will have out of pocket expense to move this vehicle also they cannot have this vehicle on the road where they live. Also they deducted for the vehicle not having a radio when in deed it did it just was in the shop. It was one of those pull out radios. Also they deducted money from the settlement for other damage on the vehicle, which they say it was not from the accident. Please help us with this.
