Complaint Comments:
I had this above vehicle ready for inspection and was never contacted by Don Leavitt. I would of never knew that he was even here if it wasnt for one of the techs coming back from lunch. My tech came in and told me that Don was out side so by the time I got out there he was gone. I tried to contact State Farm but they stated to me that Don stated that the vehicle was not here. They told me that I would have to contact the estiamtics department to set up another appointment. I called and they stated to me that it would be 3 day before someone could get back out. I called today with no response. I now have this customer in a retnal at State Farms expense. I had this all setup with State Farm so excess rental expense would not happen. Now we lost 4 days. I feel that Don has personal issues with me. State Farm says that I am not allowed to pick my appraisers but I feel that they send the same appraiser to me all the time. Please see if you can get State Farm to rotate the appraisers
