this vehicle was towed into our shop. The appraiser documented the paid out charges and listed them on his apprasial. the inside rep. Chris Burns took it upon himself to deduct my paid out tow bill from the settlement check. then i talked to Janet Marshall and she stated to me that she would handle this. Now after no response for over another month i need to file this complaint to get an answer on why this paid out bill has not been paid.
