Complaint Comments:
Another instance of State Farm trying to direct a customer away from Cavallo Auto Body by saying they should not use an independent repair facility because of potential delays,rather they should use a captive/DRP repair facility so that the car does not just sit here waiting for an appraiser to come out and inspect. The customer insisted the vehicle be transported to Cavallo and the inspection was done in 3 working days, hardly a huge delay. If a customer does not inquire about a facility then there should not be a conversation or any pressure to have to go to a captive State farm shop and clearly there was some in this case. Please investigate.
