The Erie claims handler tried to use steering word tracks to get me to not use the shop of my choice. Erie's appraiser deliberately missed damage causing delays and multiple re-inspections. Erie did not pay me for all my damage that needed repaired on my vehicle causing me to have an unpaid balance at my body shop. See affidavit
