This appraiser is asked to give me a phone call to let me know when he is coming out, he refuses to do this. He just shows up. Also he goes over the vehicle but does not address labor times. He just states that he will repair this and r&i that never discusses the amount of time needed. Also we need a supplement because of this. I think he has a problem with me because I dont seem to have these problems with other appraisers. Please let me know what to do next. Brad
