DOI Plaese investigate claim #38-L71- 05201 Flic's Auto repaired an Insureds vehicle that was broken into and the radio was stolen. On the orignal estimate we were paid cost plus mark up for the radio which is stanard. The shop called in a supplement for additional costs of the radio, Which the first appraise applied mark up!!! Mr. D "annibale came in to reinspect and pay for the raido , But would not pay Flick Bros a mark up which is owed, And again is a standard in the industry. It seem's he wants to make up his own rules as he sees fit. And it is obvious he is not versed in the Motor Vechile Physical Damage Appraiser Act Thank You T Flick
