Complaint Comments:
Pa. Department of Insurance: This is a second complaint filed on the same claim due to Mr. Depero writing two estimates on the same loss for the same policyholder. Our complain is the same as well due to Mr. Depero in violation of the State Law and Regulation twice on the same vehicle. ------------------------>> State Farm staff appraiser Mr. Angelo Depero signed in at 1:08pm on March 24, 2009 at our repair facility to inspect damages to our customers 2000 Volkswagen Golf. Mr. Depero has a history of handling his claims in a professional manner which makes this complaint difficult to file on his behalf. However Mr. Depero is also aware he is to list the towing charge on his estimate of damages which he has not. This market behavior continues with appraisers from State Farm Insurance Company even though we have advised them of the state law and regulation on many occasions. Mr. Depero requested a copy of our towing and storage charges and he was provided a printed hard copy to carry with him.' Mr. Depero signed out at 1:20pm. Documentation for this claim to be faxed for the Department's investigation. Please investigate this complaint and file the necessary enforcement actions. Thank You, Stephen Behrndt #276003
