Mr. Joe Rosato was assigned to the above claim via Email from the claim representative of CNA Insurance Company on 07/20/06. Instead of making arrangements with the information that he received to contact the shop to inspect the awaiting vehicle, he chose to call the owner Mr.Reagoso and attempt to steer and direct him, (the policy holder) away from GA Collision Center. Mr. Rosato's negative approach to this matter escalated to intimidation, coercion and a unprofessional conduct toward Mr.Reagoso for choosing GA Collision Center. Mr.Reagoso has been a repeated customer for the past 20 years and was bothered why he was subjected to this type of behavior and conduct.'Please call Mr. Reagoso he is waiting to talk with the State Investigator and he is willing to give you more information concerning Mr. Rosato's telephone conversation of today. This type of behavior from Mr.Rosato is not the first; it has been repeated before with other patrons,and was addressed to him personally. Please inform us if there was a change in the Pennsylvania's Laws, Regulations, The Unfair Insurance Practices Act, etc....... concerning this abuse, market conduct or behavior that is freely taking place daily by certain Insurance Company' Individuals.
