Don refused to pay the color sand nib and polish operation time needed for the above vehicle. All State Farm Direct Repair Shops use this formula and get paid. It is 30% of the base coat time. He only addressed this operation with a token amount. He did not pay actual cost based off a formula that is used in the industry and standard charge in the area. He did not fill out the appraisal with all the necessary information. He did not list me as the repairer. He did not pay to do other operations needed on the supplement. Only took 3 days to get out for this supplement. But refused additional supplements.
