Complaint Comments:
This inside insurance company claim representative refused to use the police report given to her and made the liability decision based on their driver's info vs. what the police report states. I feel that the police officer should not have to see the accident actually happen for his report to be valid. I feel that if a police officer does his civil duty and gets statements from both drivers and views the damage and accident scene his report should be valid and creditable.
