Progressive appraiser Greg Mazzone came to inspect a vehicle at our collision facility and out and out refused to discuss this estimate . He told me this is what it is, and there is no talking about it. He blatently refused to pay for necessary repairs and told me he was leaving. I asked him to stay and go over the estimate as the law required him to do so and he said no. I told him he was required by law to reach an agreed price with me and his responce was you have your estimate there is no talking about it. He then went to his truck and left. I called him and asked him to come back for a supplement and he refused . He sais there would be no supplement. I called his supervisor however as of yet he has not returned my call. One of the itmes he would not discuss was where he paid 1.5 hours to repaie a damaged door and refused to pay to paint the door. He told me it was an included operation. At this point i knew he did not understand the repair procedure.
