D O I Please investigate the claim handler who took claim imformation #000135674489d01 on 4-18-09 Who did with great pressure sloicit and intentionally try to steer my customer to Allstate owned Sterling repair shop on said morning. Further more my customer told claim filer explicitly that his auto would be going to Flick Brothers , With that the pressure increased to Steer the customer away from our shop. Plese tell me how , When it is against the law to STEER ,that this type of behavior is tolerated by Department Of Insurance. Finally to validate this blatant act of breaking the law I was standing with the Insured at the time of the phone call T Flick
